1. Membership Levels: Each new member will begin at the “Rookie Team” level and will have a 90-day trial period. After the trial period, members will be able to work their way up to Team Beastmaster and eventually the Gold Buckle Team by meeting the requirements for each level, including but not limited to posts, sales, etc.

2. Requirements: To move up to the next level, each member must meet the minimum requirements set forth by our program. Failure to meet these requirements will result in termination. 

3. Social Media Following: Each member must have a minimum of 1500 followers on Instagram and/or TikTok.

4. Citizenship: Members must be citizens of the United States or Canada.

5. Acceptance: Our internal team will have the final say when it comes to accepting new members in each tier. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

6. Social Media Behavior: We will not tolerate bad behavior or lack of character on social media, including but not limited to racism, violent material, disrespect, political posts, etc. Members who violate this rule will be immediately removed from the program.

7. Continuation of Membership: To remain on the roster and move up the levels, you must continue to complete the requirements for each tier.

8. Public Accounts: Members must have a public Instagram and TikTok account for the duration of their membership.

By joining the Beastmaster Ambassador Program, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Collection of Information:

We collect personal information, such as name, email address, PayPal information, and other necessary information from team members to carry out program activities. We will only collect information that is necessary for the operation of the program and will not collect more information than is required.

Use of Information:

All sensitive information will be kept private between the team member and Beastmaster. We will not share or sell your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or with your express consent. Beastmaster will repost any/all suitable content that they are tagged in on their social media. Team members will be tagged in all content that was submitted by them.

Payment and PayPal Information:

Team members are asked to share their PayPal to get paid. Payment will be sent on the last workday of each month. We take the security of your PayPal information seriously and will only use it to process payments for the Beastmaster Ambassador Program. We will not store your PayPal information on our servers, and it will only be used to pay you for your work.

Security:

We take the security of your personal information seriously and have implemented measures to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure of your personal information. Each member will have their login to access their dashboard, which includes progress, payments, etc.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage you to check this page regularly to stay up-to-date with any changes. By continuing to participate in the Rodeo Ambassador Program, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the updated Privacy Policy.
